Currently I am working as a senior Test & deployment manger on behalf of Teradata for end customer LIDL (thirst retailer in the world) in Neckarsulm/Germany. The project called Net Transition (Nettoumstellung) which all DB tables will get net columns besides the existing gross columns, all reports will be also adjusted accordingly. We are using a test framework to execute all automated test cases on the test environment. It is an Agile Software under Scrum. I am leading also a team of testers besides my quality tasks. Used tools are HP QC ALM, Jira and Teradata as DB.

My main role is:

• Creating a test concept for the project.
• Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
• Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.
• Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
• Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
• Check / Review the Test Cases documents.
• Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.
• Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client
• Attend the regular client calls and discuss the weekly status with the client.
• Communication with the Client.
• Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
• Review various reports prepared by Test engineers.
• Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
• Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.

Oversee activities associate with software testing management operations, including developing test concepts, and creating test cases documents. Efficiently allocate regular duties to all testing team members for the timely completion of project on time and within budgetary. Devise best practices and implement testing processes in line with company standards. Create detail report related to hardware and software operations and deliver final results to senior manager. Ensure timely delivery and completion of project form inception to completion through preparation of metrics dashboard. Develop review and lead processes to improve client documentation and reduce retesting needs through close collaboration with clients.

I was working as a Senior Test Analyst for Raiffeisenbank international in Vienna/Austria. The project was testing an Enterprise data warehouse which provides a central database for controlling and Accounting departments. It supports all departments in the bank throughout the enterprise. It is an Agile Software under Scrum. I also lead a team of testers besides my quality tasks. Used tools are HP QC ALM, Jira and Teradata as DB.

My main role was:

• Identifying the Target Test Items to be evaluated by the test effort.
• Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data.
• Gathering and managing the Test Data.
• Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle.

Tested and examined enterprise data that provided database for controlling and accounting departments. Led high-skilled team of testers in accordance with development life-cycle methodology and provided consistency in project execution. Accumulated and managed test data as well as delivered metrics and data analysis on testing status to management and stakeholders.

• Developed high-level requirements into detailed needs for software projects, evaluated the outcome of each test cycle, and managed project schedules through the development life cycle.

Ich habe gearbeitet bei MuddyBoots UK als senior QA Ingenieur und Testmanager. MuddyBoots ist ein international führender Experte für die Bereitstellung von Rückverfolgbarkeits- und Qualitätssicherungslösungen für die Landwirtschaft und Lebensmittelindustrie. Die Software ist ein Agile Software nach einem Scrum-modell erstellt.

Eingesetzte Tools sind MS Test Manager, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SQL-Server DB und für Automatation tests wurde Selenium und Coded UI eingesetzt.

Meine Hauptaufgaben sind:

• Erstellung von Testscripten und Testkonzepte für die Webapplikation und für iPad App.
• Design und schreiben Testscenarios für Test Automation mit Selenium und Coded UI.
• Koordinieren der Testfallerstellung
• Koordinieren der Testdurchführung und Testresourcen.
• Functional Tests, Regression Tests, Business Acceptance Tests und GUI Test.
• Erstellung der testspezifischen Statusreports.
• Verwalten der technischen und fachlichen Gesamt-Abnahme und der Gesamt Freigabe.
• Durchführung von Lessons-Learned-Workshops.

Testen im DWH-Umfeld (40 TB) in einem großen Team von 25 Tester und Software Entwickler. DB war Oracle 10g auf Sun Solaris Plattform. Eingesetzte Tools waren HP QC, Oracle DB und Unix. Meine Aufgabe war die Durchführung des Functional Tests, Regression Tests, GUI Tests und QTP von HP für Test-management und Test-Automatisierung in verschiedenen Projekten. Die Aufgabe beinhaltete Review von Fachkonzepten, Testfälle in Quality Center (HP) verfassen und Testfallkatalog an die entsprechenden Abteilungen verschicken und verfeinern, Kontakte mit den Entwicklern aufnehmen, Fehler dokumentieren und Status verfolgen.

Das Haupt Projekt war die Entwicklung ein Dataware House für die Abteilung Risikokontrolling bei der Dresdner Bank AG (Allianz Group). Es beinhaltete das ETL-Prozess (Extract Transformation Load), dataproviding und upload-Prozess im DWH (Oracle). Die angewendeten Tools waren Oracle, PL/SQL, TOAD, Informatica, Shell scripts, VBA. Ich habe auch mehrere Projekte für die Bank u.a. Frontend Appliaktionen in der WP-Abteilung mit PowerBuilder entwickelt sowie die Unterstützung und Betreuung der Benutzer (mehr als 400 Benutzer). Parallel habe ich an einem BI-Projekt mit Cognos 8 für das Reporting Team entwickelt. Ich habe auch an einem Projekt für die Umstellung das DWH von einem Oracle Portal zum DB2-DB. Ich war verantwortlich fürs Testing und Qualität der übertragenen Daten (Business Acceptance Test).

I?ve worked in an international project for Clearstream (Deutsche Börse AG ?German Bourse Corporation?) in Luxembourg. This project named CFF (Central Facility for Funds). I was responsible for the Reconciliation process (Analyzing, implementing and testing). Used tools were PowerBuilder, Unix, Oracle DB, HP QC. Dieses Projekt hatte ein großes Lob in der Presse als ein erfolgreiches Projekt bekommen.
