Tasks:

Worked on the agentic and workflow automation layer of an AI-native healthcare platform for clinical documentation, research support, ambient scribing, and prior-authorization, in a regulated environment

• Designed and implemented the orchestration logic for a multi-agent system with a main controller and four specialized agents for medical research, documentation, ambient scribe, and prior-authorization tasks.
• Built agent workflows using LangGraphJS, AWS Bedrock, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and LiveKit to support multi-LLM routing, structured clinical context, and real-time AI-assisted interactions.
• Integrated external medical databases (i.e. PubMed and Cochrane), and implemented automation flows for patient intake, research retrieval, recurring forms, and admin workflows under HIPAA, GDPR requirements.
• Contributed to a patent-pending patient context layer that improved longitudinal context retrieval accuracy by 82% in internal testing and helped reduce documentation burden by up to 2 hours per clinician day.
