"Im Zuge des Rollouts unterstützte der Consultant uns einerseits im Bereich Lotus Notes. Hier arbeitete er eng mit dem internen Personal und weiteren externen IT-Dienstleister kollegial zusammen. Mit seinem umfassenden Fachwissen der Version 6.x konnten bei Anfragen des Rollout Personals wie auch von Anwendern Probleme bei der Umstellung erfolgreich und zügig behoben werden. Er war auch unterstützend tätig für den 1st- und 2nd-Level Support, wobei er dabei bis zur Beendigung des Projekts eine reibungslose und lückenlose Übergabe seiner Tätigkeiten und seines Wissens als Bestandteil seines Auftrags sah. Spezielle Aufgaben waren außerdem die Prüfung und bei Bedarf auch die Bearbeitung des Codes von Lotus Notes Anwendungen für eine Anpassung an die höhere Version. Seine weitreichenden Kontakte trugen ebenso dazu bei, die Arbeiten erfolgreich zu erledigen. Ein weiterer Bestandteil der Beauftragung war der Rollout von PDAs. Beim VIP-Service war der Consultant ein engagierter und kompetenter Ansprechpartnervon und erzielte von Anwenderseite positive Resonanz. Durch seine selbstständige Arbeitsweise kam es zu keinerlei Verzögerungen und das anvisierte Projektende wurde zielorientiert und zeitgerecht erreicht."
