Why?
This simple question has become the most important guideline in
my professional career. Only by asking this question to myself as well
as to my colleagues, did I become an expert when it comes to software
development. As a consultant I learned to ask this question over and
over again in order to eliminate false assumptions.
Be transparent!
Being fully transparent about a project including
about your own progress, even if the result is not satisfying, became
my second guiding principle and has resulted in long lasting
relationships with my team members and clients.

I started a hobby project in 2014 called Advent App. I developed the iOS- and Android app and the backend. Since then, the app has reached over 70.000 users.
