Conceptualizing and leading the integration of a globally harmonization Bio Sample Management solution, I am leading a team with 25 subject matter experts, 3 work streams and a project budget >4 million CHF across 5 countries. We applied the Scrum Framework with across all workstreams and partners.

Provision and standardization of a global, cloud-based collaboration system based on Cisco Hosted Collaboration Services (HCS). I was responsible to supply 40+ affiliates with a software based telephony and collaboration platform by managing a core team of 15 subject matter experts plus a supporting vendor with 25+ network/telecommunications experts within my project budget responsibility of 9.8m CHF.

Introduction of harmonized master data model compliant to the IDMP standard. I was responsible to manage and steer the integration of the organisational functions Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs systems together with business co-leads and enable the agile implementation based on Scrum.

Co-lead of the regulated clinical study cloud migration and integration while maintaining business continuity and GxP within the R&D solution portfolio. Introducing Scrum as an early adopter project including CSV activities. Managing a team of 9 people and a solution provider.

While a billion Euro program was initiated to setup a new IT landscape for the financial services of a global car manufacturer, I led the IT Integrations Team to enable a TOGAF based implementation of the new architecture. I reported into the program leadership and led a team of 5 integration consultants.

Due to wrong shipments and high transportation costs the top management of a global engineering company decided to setup a project to validate order address information during order entry process. I was given the ownership to evaluate a software, that validates address information, guarantee lowest possible transportation costs and to avoid wrong shipments. I oversaw the project and reported progress to project steering committee, steered internal development and external suppliers, managed requirements and testing. Also, I managed the rollout and enabled user to adopt.
