• End to end responsibility for the JIRA based software development and launch of a banking ecosystem which consists of a mobile banking app, web mobile banking and customer support application in partnership with the Frankfurt International Bank (FIB).
• Led multiple streams for the technical implementation:

• Led the JIRA based software development scrum and design team from ground up of the flagship next generation mobile banking solution (Flutter) of Crealogix. 
• Defined the MVP features, roadmap and planning of the delivery based on customer needs (Swiss bank clients) and cross team collaboration with marketing and sales.
• Worked closely with the UI/UX team to design and iterate a mobile app prototype using Google Material Design 3 guidelines, ensuring an intuitive and user-centric experience.
• Evaluated service providers for AIChatbot & Gen AI use cases and brought Google in the company as project partner.

Started and led the journey of digitalization of the Digital Innovation Hub: 

• strategic planning and tactical execution of first steps towards global digital patient centric neurology solutions across the entire company. 
• Product vision creation and getting leadership buy-in (e.g. CFO), for the proposed business cases leveraged by data (e.g., DiGA, DTx, software as medical device) in different target markets. 
• Support in due diligence to evaluate potential partners to build a digital solution.
• Building from ground up a process for documentation of medical software projects at Merz Therapeutics. 
• Providing consulting and guidance on agile software development processes to be established in the company (software as medical device).
