Role: Project Manager

Tasks:

• Led a greenfield project for a company specializing in agricultural equipment sales and rentals.
• Developed a web application for the aftersales department, implementing CRM features like job history, job reports, warranties, and technician logs. The app also included modules for the HR, commercial and financing departments and an integrated Android mobile app for the on-site technicians.
• I initiated and managed the client relationship from the start, handling financial proposals and creating plans to meet the customer's goals.

CRM/Quotes and Contracts Management

Role: Project Manager

Tasks:

• Follow-up project for the Commercial and Sales department of the same agricultural equipment company. Implemented a CRM system to enhance quotes and sales processes, manage customers, and improve customer interactions.
• I managed the implementation team and the client relationship, including financial proposals and requirements.

SAP Commerce B2B E-Shop

Role: Project Manager / Proxy Product Owner

Tasks:

• Project Manager for a platform of e-shops for a holding company with several global business units, each with unique requirements. Implemented using SAP Commerce and integrated with SAP ERP, SAP PI and an Internal Identity Provider System.
• In addition to implementation team management and the defining and refining of requirements, my role included managing project management tasks such as forecasting, resource planning, release management, reporting, budgeting, and project controlling.

SAP Commerce B2C E-Shop

Role: Project Manager / Proxy Product Owner

Tasks:

• Project Manager for an e-shop implemented for a company producing and selling air purifiers.
• Implemented using SAP Commerce, using the SAP Commerce B2C Accelerator.
• My responsibilities included writing User Stories and working closely with the customer Product Owner in defining and implementing the customer specific requirements.

SAP Commerce B2B PunchOut

Role: Business Analyst

Tasks:

• Business Analyst and Project Manager for a PunchOut implementation for a company in the pharma branch.
• My responsibilities included writing User Stories and working closely with the customer Product Owner in defining and implementing the customer specific requirements.

SAP Commerce B2B E-Shop

Role: Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner

Tasks:

• Proxy Product Owner for a B2B shop selling spare parts for vessels and power plants. Various business models were implemented, including direct buying of products and buying in order to resell. Implemented using SAP Commerce Cloud and integrated with SAP ERP, SAP CPI, SAP Service Cloud, OpenText DAM and an Internal Identity Provider System.
• Responsibilities included writing user stories, collaborating with the customer Product Owner, technical consultants, and stakeholders to define and present requirements to the development team. Also provided technical consultancy on high-level architecture, acting as an interface between the technical team and the business.

SAP Commerce B2B E-Shop

Role: Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner

Tasks:

• Proxy Product Owner for a B2B Shop implemented for a company that specializes itself in industrial clothing and reusable cleaning cloths. The goal of the project, besides generating revenue was the generation of leads. For this, a special feature for a B2B shop was implemented that allowed an anonymous buyer the possibility of registering himself and his company in the checkout process. Various business models were present, including renting and buying of products. Implemented using SAP Commerce Cloud and integrated with SAP ERP, SAP CPI, SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Responsibilities included writing user stories, collaborating with the customer Product Owner, technical consultants, and stakeholders to define and present requirements to the development team. Also provided technical consultancy on high-level architecture, acting as an interface between the technical team and the business.

Software Logistic Security

Role: Software Architect

Tasks:

• The Software Logistics department used security keys to secure software installed on vehicle ECUs. The SWL-SEC2.0 project managed the creation, storage, and management of these keys, handling message signing, encryption, and security key management.
• Responsibilities included maintaining the System Design document with high-level and detailed architecture diagrams for the development team. As Functional Owner for new features, I worked closely with the Product Owner to describe functional requirements using workflow diagrams, state diagrams, and user stories, and distributed this information to the development team.

X-Call

Role: Software Architect / Technical Consultant

Tasks:

• Led the development of the initial version of the X-Call platform, a microservice-based system for vehicle interconnectivity. Key features included the transmission of real-time vehicle state, accident details, queries of vehicle data upon request from call center personnel and recording and analysis of performance data.
• Responsibilities included maintaining the System Design document, defining and estimating new requirements, and collaborating closely with the Product Owner to specify functional and non functional requirements. Conducted interviews with key stakeholders to refine requirements, prioritized the backlog, and specified user stories.

Location Based Services

Role: Requirements Engineer

Tasks:

• Implemented a system where vehicle data from specific geo positions is transmitted to the backend. The backend identifies vehicles interested in updates and distributes events accordingly.
• Conducted requirements elicitation by interviewing key stakeholders to uncover new system requirements. Resulting deliverables included user stories for system development and change requests for partner systems.
