  • Enterprise AI Gateway Platform (Lead Architect): Architected and delivered a multi-tenant AI gateway providing a single governed entry point to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and self-hosted vLLM models with per-tenant key management, real-time token metering, per-model cost attribution, schema-per-tenant Postgres isolation, and envelope-encrypted credentials deployed on OVH Cloud Managed Kubernetes in Frankfurt with OpenTofu and Helm. 
  • Enterprise Data Platforms: Led cloud data platform delivery for enterprise clients ? a Snowflake-based data warehouse programme and medallion-architecture lakehouse platforms on BigQuery with dbt and Apache Airflow ? covering data modelling, transformation and testing standards, orchestration, access concepts, and BI enablement. 
  • LLM Evaluation as a Release Gate: Built the evaluation infrastructure that makes model behavior testable: a 4-dimension LLM-as-judge calibrated against human labels, deterministic grounding checks, pass@k trial metrics, and run-level SLOs (silent-wrong ?5%, p95 latency ?90s) ? integrated with Langfuse tracing and CI/CD. 
  • EU AI Act & GDPR Compliance Engineering: Enforced compliance structurally rather than by policy across both platforms: read-only-by-construction data access, server-side tenant isolation, and EU data residency; built an AI-assurance module implementing FRIA documentation, Art. 73 incident reporting with webhooks, AI-literacy tracking, and append-only audit/test evidence logs. 
  • AI Platform Innovation: Architected a production-grade AI platform using agentic workflows and IoT for logistics, fundamentally modernizing operational efficiency and shipment processing.
