  • Managing a multi-million euro deal between LION E-Mobility and BMW AG:
    • Successfully shaped and managed a complex deal structure including the acquisition of technology and production licenses of BMW i3 HV battery technology, the purchase of a BMW production line for battery systems as well as a Supply contract for key battery component
    • Overarching managing the complete process from first initial strategic evaluation, contract negotiations, signing and transfer and delivery process of the deal
    • Built financial models for deal, business development plan and prepared deal committee memoranda and presentations
  • Developed company strategies and roadmaps with top management, identifying key markets
