With over 2.4 million customer accounts, BAWAG Group AG is the listed holding company of BAWAG PSK, one of the largest and most profitable banks in Austria. As a group head I am responsible to support growth and drive sales through various acquisition channels for the brands BAWAG PSK, easybank, PayLife, Südwestbank, Qlick, Health AG, Zahnärztekasse AG and Omnicas. Some of my duties include:

  • Managing and allocating the acquisition budget of over ?3M per annum

  • Leadership, development and mentoring of the customer acquisition team of three senior associates

  • Responsibility and control of all digital acquisition channels such as SEA (Google, Bing), SEO, cooperation with affiliates (FinanceAds, durchblicker, awin), retargeting, social media (facebook, instagram, snapchat, pinterest & tiktok), native ads (outbrain) and programmatic display (Adform, GDN)

  • Responsibility and control of all traditional acquisition channels such as out of home advertising (large format advertising, city lights, DOOH & print), radio, transport media (busses, trams & bicycle caps), events & festivals (Börsianer festival 2019) and guerrilla marketing tactics (streetbranding, dooh projection)

  • Managing strategic cooperation between easybank & Royal Dutch Shell (Tankbonus & integrated cash management)
