  • Provided technical assistance to various stakeholder group in the Philippines around the renewal of the LGU Parametric Insurance scheme in 2018 as well as in preparation for the National Indemnity Insurance Scheme.
  • Managed the launch of a remote-sensing eco-system as part of the National agricultural insurance scheme with premium subsidy budget of USD30M based on a Public-private partnership running mainly on public grants of EUR17M
  • Concluded 1 pilot with a grant from G7 InsuResilience Solutions Fund (ISF) / Insurance Development Forum (IDF) in APAC within 10 months, managing overall budget of EUR2.5M; ensured events risks & dependencies were managed & communicated.
