The solution ensures that stock levels are optimised in real time by processing orders, sales and supply chain data asynchronously via RabbitMQ (1.5 million messages per day) or synchronously via HTTPS.


A specially developed composite task pattern enables a dynamic response to incoming stock changes without being dependent on the order of the data. For example, the system can automatically trigger repeat orders or prevent overstocking.


Continuous exchange with customers and users has ensured that the solution is precisely tailored to business requirements - fewer manual adjustments, reduced stock shortages and an optimised warehouse strategy for maximum efficiency.

Optimized Proxy Architecture for Real-Time Emergency Data Exchange

Management of the development of an Azure-based proxy service solution for seamless data transfer between rescue service control centres and digital documentation hardware in order to modernise operational documentation. The aim was to securely and efficiently receive and process orders from different control centre software systems and translate them into a standardised format.


The challenge was to design a robust architecture that supports both TCP and gRPC and works without data storage in order to fulfil the strict requirements for real-time transmission and reliability. A highly available and scalable infrastructure with Azure Kubernetes was utilised to ensure secure communication under high load.


Through close collaboration with the emergency services and iterative testing on site, a solution was created that ensured immediate operational readiness and smooth integration into the existing infrastructure. The new proxy architecture significantly reduced latency times, optimised communication paths through asynchronous communication and enabled faster and more precise deployment documentation. The use of Azure API Management and Azure Monitor also ensured secure provisioning and real-time monitoring of the services.

The web application enables real-time visualisation of sensor data, control of water treatment plants and historical analysis for better resource planning. Operators can also use automatic alerts and data-driven optimisation suggestions to avoid unplanned outages and make processes more efficient.
