- Team workload processing Procedures reformation : Transition, Establishment and Operation as team workload scheduler. This included a four-month plan to analyze incoming workload, categorize it, map atypical procedures used to that point if any, reform and standardize team's procedures. Transition itself took two additional months at the end of which team increased throughput by 30%, and had the ability to accurately estimate time required due the procedure standardization, visibility to all workload assigned to the team, forecast and plan ahead long term projects, as well as have accurate estimates of delivery feasibility and date for all workload.
- Cross-department workflow reformation : Over a period of 6 months conducted statistical analysis of the incoming work load followed by classification per type and teams involved to identify procedural bottlenecks and factors introducing delay in the life-cycle of any and all cases. After receiving hearing and support from IBM Brno Innovation Center director, several specific suggestions were made to all involved (in those workflows) departments, which were assessed and approved by cross-department higher management. Change came about partially 12months later.
