Profile:

• After working in the hotel and airlines industry, he joined trx Inc. in 2001 implementing (URLs on Request) and the first BTI Euro Lloyd online branch.
• Since then, he is constantly increasing his knowledge of SaaS, cloud based, BPO-solutions (online booking, expense, and ERP), gained strong project management, and team leading skills in a pan-European environment
• Furthermore, he acquired a thorough understanding of the European online travel business and advanced knowledge of TMC?s mid- and back-office systems as well as about the GDS world
• As Managing Director of an online travel portal (URL on Request), he implemented a new online booking solution, optimised agency processes, and reviewed constantly the market for mid- and back-office solutions
• After starting as Director for Product Management and Support (Online Technology Services EMEA) with BCD Travel in 2007, amongst others, he established the Online-Performance-Management department supporting large and/or multinational clients globally with process related and technical requirements, monitoring online performance, coordinating, and creating development scopes for online booking tools
• He is familiar with integrating i.e., request / approval processes, online booking and expense tools, payment methods, mobile applications, duty of care, mid- and back-office systems, and HCM and ERP-systems into a true end2end processes
• Apart from working on client projects, Ulf is providing workshops and training for administrators and key users, as well as classroom trainings and webinars to end users
• He is also working closely with a network of knowledgeable and reliable SAP and none-SAP-developers in case a client would need the right skill set
