Trade Finance Platform Consolidation Project is an initiative to reduce complexity / increase efficiency by consolidating to a single platform and migrate existing Spanish and German business volumes to the global end state TF3.

Financial Messaging Strategy (FMS) is a global program within Bank, responsible for the successful implementation of the new Financial Messaging Solution replacing, among other messaging applications, MINT.

Project Erasmus is an initiative to cover on-boarding and implementation of the acquired business stake from ABN AMRO Bank’s commercial banking business and factoring services in the Netherlands with Leading Germany Bank.

• Responsible for E2E SIT Test Coordination for   various Applications
• Preparing the Overall Test Strategy, Test Scope.
• Coordination / Orchestration of  End to End SIT, especially in terms of project milestones and  defining test flows, involving respective Application Owners into preparation (test cases, setup), coordinating test execution, defect tracking in Quality Center QC.
• Managed End-to-end ownership and execution for various Program along coordinating with Product Managers, Program Managers, Infrastructure Group, Design / Architecture, Testing  teams  for  ensuring   the applications are  adopting best practices for their stability, supportability, root cause analysis and determination,  proactively working in resolving and avoiding future reoccurrence and  good knowledge.

Global User Acceptance Testing Team is doing the UAT testing for all the Trade Applications used for Trade Finance Team.

Worked as a UAT Test Coordinator for the Trade Finance project, doing the coordination between the Onsite Business Users, Offshore UAT Teams (Bangalore, Mumbai) and the IT Vendor’s (i.e. TCS, HCL and Sure Comp) for testing requirements and getting the fixes for the defects related to various trade applications used by  Bank and also my role includes planning for the resource requirements, preparation of test plan, reviewing the test cases and follow-up of Post Implementation Issues.
