(Ratingen) to Kenya (Nairobi). o This was a massive achievement involving 4 continents North America
(USA, Western Union), Asia (Huawei, China and AMS/IBM, India), Europe (Vodafone Global, Germany and Vodafone Mobile Payments Solutions,
UK) and of course Africa (Safaricom and 3rd Parties). o Two years of planning a preparation meant that cut over took 2 days but only 8 hours down time was required and there were virtually no issues!
o And when you consider what was involved, see below, that was an

§ 50%+ of Kenya GDP on the platform (~25 Billion USD)
