Working within the Data Acceleration Transformation programme in an agile/waterfall environment, focus was on managing the design and delivery of the new landing zone, which included HA, and DR utilizing Traffic manager, Azure AD and VPN Network, with our core engineering team while working together with Google. Key deliverables entailed data security, IAM/ access management, tokenisation, RBAC/FGAC, customer data handling, data privacy. Architecture technologies included use of Ab Initio, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM / Web login. Ensured requirements were properly gathered, validated and documented, the data migration processes, and thorough operation testing of failover & recovery was completed. Mentored team members, managed communications with stakeholders, vendor management, and SOWs. Maintained issue & risk logs, provided weekly/monthly reporting including budget forecasting, team management and managed roadshows schedules and presentations. 

Vodafone Asset Inventory Programme created a worldwide centralized source for all Vodafone Group and the 26 local Vodafone markets? assets. Worked with lead architects which were required to include cloud redundancy for increased reliability and availability in their design, and with the development teams in both agile and waterfall environments, collaborated and managed cross-functional teams across business and IT divisions to provide a single view of the company's IT and network estate with focus on security, SDL, patch management, user access management, data privacy, end of support products, financial efforts, and regulatory compliance. Managed risk & issues and maintained RAID log, prepared and provided weekly/monthly status reporting to senior stakeholders. Managed vendors, budgeting, conducted RFPs and SOWs, mentored team members and supported both the platform and the mobile app product launches.  

Within an agile working environment, managed the development and deployment/delivery of large strategic cloud-based platforms and cross-functional applications within the transformation program. Key focus was on IAM / user access and governance while adhering to GDPR compliances. Technical solutions used Elastic Cloud Enterprise for high availability and recovery for the core applications. Managed and mentored project team members maintained risk & issues RAID logs and provided weekly/monthly status reports and managed all communications with senior stakeholders. Led project teams, managed SDL and release cycles, including change management, collected access management requirements, ensured the testing of failover and redundancy met the benchmarked requirements. Main architecture technologies included Azure AD, Cyberark, GCP with SSO. Managed budgets, relationship management, RFPs and suppliers. Ensured regular documentation updates were fit for purpose by development team leads and conducted handover to support teams. 

Reporting to senior management, managed 1/ Revamped both the PMO & PgMO within the head office and 2/ Acted as team lead during this time, mentored team members, managed and coordinated communications between internal project teams and management, maintained a risk & issues RAID log, impediment resolution and provided core updates/weekly/monthly reporting on projects? progress and financials. 

Tasked to work within the Corporate Services change management team during the business transformation programme and separation of the banking division to Barclays Bank PLC, Managed RAID logs, status update reporting, meeting coordination.

Established consultancy practice providing governance, change management support during Tesco Bank?s transformation phase of legal separation from RBS. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting, RAID logs and budgets, vendor & team management, meeting organisation, SOWs, and conducting RFPs.

During the European transformation portfolio programme, on boarded to coordinate efforts in aligning HO business needs with those of the EU local markets. Acted as senior change manager and managed and mentored team members, weekly/monthly reporting to senior management.

Responsible for a portfolio of core central trading floor applications which included software development/ SDL, deployment & management of the cross-currency pairs. Focus was on implementing the Progress Apama FX algorithmic trading platform which included a redundancy DR solution at the physical DR trading site, worked daily with traders, developers and back office as Credit Suisse, it was one of the first banks to implement & use this platform. Managed vendor RFPs & selection process, interfaced with business, legal, compliance and operations. Team mentoring and provided weekly/monthly progress and financial reporting to director steerco.
