Helping Leadership team and product teams in achieving their goals in

implementing easy use of products to the co-workers as well as customers.

• Currently helping one of the domains(fulfillment) in their Agile

  Transformation. As part of it, Successfully implemented agile ways of

  working with many product teams and working with the other teams

  in the domain

• Helped 6 product teams size of around 50 members in their Agile
  transformation

• Coaching and mentoring the leadership team towards an Agile

  mindset

• Suggesting and implementing suitable agile frameworks (Kanban,

  Scrum, XP, Lean, SAFe, Scrum Of Scrums, Nexus etc) to the teams

• Helping the teams and organisation in setting up OKRs based on their

  KPIs. Helping clients in deriving portfolio epics based on the key results

  of the OKRs or mapping portfolio epics to the key results

• Coaching the teams with best practices like A/B testing, Targeted

  Audience, prototypes, MMP, MWP, creating user persona, focusing

  on conversion ratio, etc

• Helping the team with removing impediments and protecting them

  from unwanted meetings

• Closely working with Product Owner to know the customer
  expectations

• Organizing scrum board, daily stand up meetings and helping team

  from blockers

• Conducting trainings and workshops on agile practices to the team

• Understand the business requirements and design the best Testing
  framework

• Involve in test environment and test data preparation activities
