• Full technical analysis at project feasibility stage including systems and technical input required for business cases and associated documentation.
• Acting as the subject matter expert and working closely and collaboratively with other project team members to reach consensus on SuccessFactors best practice designs and approaches.
• Represent and explain the technical requirements and constraints of the project and program to IT management and advice on any associated technical constraints, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies in a timely manner.

• Assist in configuration workbooks for REC, in collaboration with HR team and the implementation teams in our company.

• Coordination with the customer in two-way communication between local SAP and SuccessFactors for the employee profile data

• Oversee the implementation of all deployment modules by staying within the estimated time and financial framework.
