My job is focused on enabling our alliance partner Swisscom sales and technicians to be able to identify the appropriate products and solutions in order to utilize a scalable sales force for the market.
Within this job I extended my technical knowledge about:
Responsible for solution design, present and demo entire Kofax document capture and Business Process Management software portfolio. This was a presales role where I worked with sales on strategic accounts in Switzerland e.g. Novartis, Vaudoise, JTI, PMI, UBS, and SwissPost solutions. Workflow Management and Business Application Integration was one of the activities I have been working with most of my time at this job.
Responsible for solution demo and design in the area of IT Service Management, Network and Systems Managemet solutions.
