Touchstone is an independent verification instrument I designed and built for a regulated fintech company that makes AI-assisted platform migration auditable ? gating each step on evidence, not confidence.

Working as the AI-adoption architect on a full infrastructure and framework upgrade for a regulated financial-services platform, I designed and delivered an enterprise-scale, end-to-end testing system covering the money paths and regulatory-critical flows the business depends on. Touchstone lets coding agents carry real, high-risk change on a serious codebase while every step stays attributable and independently checkable ? a clean separation between who writes the specification, who runs the agent, and what adjudicates the outcome.

The method is spec-driven and eval-driven rather than trust-based: supervision decreases as specification quality increases, by design, not by hope. It's built to map cleanly onto the audit and operational-resilience obligations regulated teams already carry.

IAM/SSO Onboard is the enterprise-scale Single Sign-On, registration, authentication and authorization platform I designed for ?EPS (the Czech electricity transmission system operator), built on Keycloak with OAuth2 and OIDC.

I designed the external-user registration and onboarding flow into a highly secured Keycloak realm, and significantly hardened the authorization model beyond Keycloak's default setup ? closing governance gaps that would otherwise leave external-user access under-controlled in a regulated, critical-infrastructure environment.

Stack: Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, Java, running on Openshift with GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Docker, and full observability (Prometheus/Grafana, Dynatrace/Instana, ELK).

TCaps is the continuous time-series validation, transformation and archival platform I designed and built for the energy operator, replacing a monolithic legacy data-validation system with highly scalable, event-driven microservices running in the private cloud.

By parallelizing processing across independent data series and redesigning the storage format, TCaps achieved more than a 10x speedup in processing versus the legacy system, alongside up to a 50x reduction in stored data volume through compression and data-structure redesign ? without sacrificing the lossless processing and auditability the grid-operations use case demands.
