Embedded within ING's digital banking app consolidation programme, responsible for defining and documenting the end-to-end customer journey for a new unified package product spanning four product domains: Cards (credit & debit), Account Opening, Client Onboarding, and value-added services including insurance and tier-based streaming options.
Dual-track BA role supporting both ongoing requirements maintenance (bug-fixing) for an existing digital account model and delivery of two major initiatives: the expansion of the New Account Model across additional Deutsche Bank-owned brands, and a new Pockets sub-account product.

Led a team of 4 Business Analysts on a follow-on phase of Deutsche Bank's strategic GCP programme, focused on migrating SAP DM savings account, transaction, and account holder data to the Google Cloud Platform. As with the preceding phase, the programme required working across two delivery models simultaneously ? the SAP/host team operating in Waterfall and the GCP team in Agile ? coordinating with the GCP BA to ensure requirement packages were structured to meet the needs of both sides.
Two-year engagement on Deutsche Bank's flagship GCP cloud migration programme, focused on the strategic migration and replication of Postbank data from the existing legacy mainframe (DB2) to Google Cloud Platform. Operated at the interface between two distinct delivery models: the host/mainframe team working in Waterfall and the GCP platform team working in Agile, requiring careful coordination to define and package requirements in a form consumable by both sides. Worked closely with the GCP BA to align deliverables across the two methodologies throughout the programme.
