1. Team lead Data-Migration FI/CO, SD/CS, MM using Global Templates as a Lead of 3 Team Members reporting to Project management
2. Team Member SD/CS Rollout Team supporting Customizing, Test preparation and Test execution plus Support while Intensive Care
3. Cutover and Go-Live Planning and Execution for Scandinavian Countries

Development and building of a Global ERP Template with predefined Business Processes for Company Amersports with multiple Brands as Atomic, Salomon, Wilson, Suunto and Precor was our Task.

My specific Tasks were in this Phase:

1. Team lead Migration Template development. I created a Migration Template for SAP to SAP and non SAP ERP Systems to SAP or BI Systems using some of my already developed LSMW Objects from other Projects for several Modules plus development of additional LSMW Objects using the BAPI Technology. This Template was successfully used while Scandinavian Rollout and is ongoing extended depending on Global Business or Legal Requirements of next Rollout Cluster Countries participating.
2. Team member Business Process Team SD/CS, MM providing Template Documents for Business Process Variant Documents and Testing for all Modules and active participation in SD/CS Process Variant development plus Customizing of defined SD/CS Template Processes
3. Design of Business Template Development Global Printouts and Customizing of Global defined Printouts of FI/CO, SD/CS, MM and Logistics Documents using BC Sets to generate new Entries automatically per Country.

My specific Tasks were in this Phase:

1.  Builtup of Global Business Process Template for Sales and Marketing and CIC
2. SD/CS, CIC Customizing using BC Sets and Add On ABAP development
3. Creation of Global Template Training and Testing Documents and Tools
4. Datamigration of Sales and BI Data using Global Migration Template
5. Rolloutmanager Sales and Marketing in Finnland, Baltics and Latin America
6. Rolloutmanager support for all Modules in Poland ,Rollout preparation Brasil, Support previous Clusters and creation of an Rollout How To Handbook Sales

Development and building of a Global Data Warehouse and Reporting Template.plus Migration Template for Historical and Plan Data migration into BI

My specific Tasks were in this Phase:

1. Development of Global BI Data Models for Sales and Marketing
2. Development of a Global Reporting Template plus ABAP Development of a Copyfunction for Datamodel and Reports into each Country
3. Creation of a Migration Template for Historical and Plan Data
4. Development of WEB Interface to provide Sales Reports via Intranet using WEB Services and ABAP Calls to BI Document Store
5. Rollout of BI Template to Benelux, Germany and Rollout Support US, France
