With more than fifty employees, our department develops leading-edge design lines, intelligent functions and customer-centric applications for simple and convenient control of lighting, heating, blinds, door communication, multimedia, and security systems. In particular, my daily tasks encompassed:

• Leading a team of 10 direct reports (consisting of project managers, system engineers and software developers in Germany) and technical leadership of up to 15 software developers in India
