• Define an internal Requirements-Engineering guideline based on various sources and publications such as IREB, INCOSE, Microsoft, NASA, ISO 26262, 29148, ASPICE, as well as based on User-Experience and its best-practice.
• Assess and train existing and new team members on Requirements-Engineering & Management matters.
• First point of contact for technical expertise on Requirements-Engineering & Management within the team/ business.
• Lead the Porsche Engineering ?Requirements Management | Expert Group? international community.
• Offering trainings on Requirements-Engineering & Management topics within the team/business (Porsche Tech-Hours).
• Offering trainings on ADAS topics within the team/business (Porsche Academy).

Main project-specific responsibilities:

• Decompose Stakeholder-Requirements, develop Functional Concepts and define SYS & SW Requirements specifications.
• Refine and develop Functional Safety Requirements by defining Failures and Safety Measures for all Sub-Systems within the architecture's event-chain. (using MIRO/ Git/ Sphinx Needs)
• Peer-reviewing/ proposing new Functional Safety Concepts/ SYS-Qualification tests.
• Provide technical support to the System/ SW/ Architecture/ Testing teams in tackling and overcoming technical constraints and limitations of safety matters/ architecture designs/ testing approaches.
• Follow guidelines/ best-practices and ensure all work products are compliant with ISO26262, ASPICE L2, Quality and internal standards.

• Provide technical support to the System/ SW/ Architecture/ Testing teams in tackling and overcoming challenges and limitations of safety matters/ architecture designs/ testing approaches.
• Prioritise and plan SW-Requirements baselines based on SW-release dates, concepts criticality, client needs (using JIRA/ Azure DevOps).
• Decompose System-Requirements specifications and develop functional concepts starting from Stakeholder-Requirements and capturing them in the SW-Requirements specifications.
• Creation, maintenance and ownership of SW-Requirements specifications (using DOORS/ CodeBeamer/ Sphinx Needs/ Visio/ Git/ Github).

• Creation, maintenance and ownership of Sensor-Requirements specifications (Radar + LiDAR) having in mind the project needs as well as taking into account each sensor-technology limitations and redundancy purpose.
• Offering trainings on ADAS topics within the team/business (Porsche Academy).
• Offering technical expertise on Requirements-Management within the team/business.

• Continuously learn and apply Scrum best practices within the agile development environment.
• Peer-Reviewing Feature-Requirements and raise CRs accordingly (using DOORs, JIRA)
• Ensuring full traceability and consistency between System requirements and Use-Cases.
• Daily execution of Smoke-Tests and Regression-Tests (using Linux Command Line Interface and ADB Shell).
• Creation, ownership and execution of Acceptance-Testing Use-Cases on HILs for automatic/manual eCalls, Over-The-Air Registration and SW Flashing, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, Remote Windows, Geofence, Backend Data Collectors (using Monaco, NAD Flashing Tool, QPST, SMTrace, CANoe, CAPL scripts).
• Track and ensure validation of defects.
• Creating ?How-To? documentation and activation/deactivation procedures for newly developed/ implemented features.

• Provide technical support to HW/ Model/ System/ dSPACE teams in tackling and overcoming challenges and limitations of designs/ deadlines/ Simulators/ Test-Benches.
• Prioritise and plan the Features validation based on SWs drop-dates, deadlines and dSPACE RIGs availability (using RTC Validation Tickets tool).
• Peer-reviewing/ proposing new System-Requirements and creating ISO and ASPICE L2 compliant Test-Specifications (using DOORS).
• Creation and ownership of test scenarios by building custom libraries and automated sequences (based on strong-words used whilst creating the Test-Specifications) to reproduce real-world test-steps (using dSPACE AutomationDesk).
• Development and maintenance of scene generation (using dSPACE ModelDesk and MotionDesk)
• Ensuring test-cases repeatability and expanding diversity by mixing test scenarios with different scenes generated as part of exploratory testing.
• Automated generation of HTML TestReports/Network Logs (test verdicts, plots, possible root-causes)
• Offering Vector CANoe/CAPL scripting trainings within the team/business.

• Providing Simulation/ Test/ Project technical support to Lead Engineers and Tier1 suppliers in improving the SW and finding defects resolution.
• Prioritise and plan SW validation based on drop-dates, type of validation required, deadlines and HIL rigs availability.
• Peer-reviewing/ proposing new System-Requirements and creating ISO and ASPICE L2 compliant Test-Specifications (using DOORS).
• Designing, owning and maintaining HIL rigs, Simulated-Environments and Test-Frameworks based on Network/Features/Program specifics (using CAPL/CANoe/Adobe Fireworks/Adobe Illustrator/Simulink),
• Development of automated test-reports generation and interpretation considering project-based DLL's and Libraries (using Visual Studio/Adobe Dreamweaver).
• Creation, maintenance and ownership of automated tests using CANoe?s CAPL programming language such as: CAN Communication/ Error management/ Functionality/ Boundary/ Coverage/ Regression/ Stress/ State-Machine/ EOL/ Voltage/ Current (using programmable PSUs), Bootloader, Application diagnostics tests.
• Developing and continuously expanding a Exploratory Vehicle Validation test-suite in order to reproduce dynamic and complex real-world scenarios on bench by injecting target data with the scope to validate the features functionality at a component level.
• Offering Vector CANoe/CAPL scripting trainings within the team/business.

• Creation, maintenance and ownership of automated tests, simulating the user?s actions over the application using VBScript, Excel sheets (as input), internal libraries and TestComplete tool.
• Perform Functional/ Interactive/ Sanity/ Security/ Smoke/ Stress/ Regression testing.
• Identify, document and report errors/defects occurrence related to performance, stability and functionality.
• Reproduce and investigate bugs found together with the SW Developers.

• Manage a small team as a Technical Project Coordinator by providing technical support and leading weekly technical team meetings addressing technical hot-topics, new testing techniques and procedures that can be adopted.
• Prioritize and plan SW validation based on drop-dates, type of validation required, deadlines and HIL rig availability.
• Simulation of ECUs CAN Network on bench using VECTOR HW and SW tools.
• Design Test-Specifications using DOORS and ensure full traceability according to ASPICE guidelines in a V-Model SDLC.
• Creation, maintenance and ownership of automated tests using CANoe?s CAPL programming language such as: Parametric, Error management, Climatic chamber, Diagnostics, Under-voltage/ Over-voltage tests.
• Develop and tailor automated reports generation and interpretation.
• Assist Vehicle DVP and develop new approaches/scenarios.
