  • Leading an Agile transformation of a department of 70 people
  • The company is in the midst of change dilemma ? they want change, without forcing it.
  • The leadership relies heavily on organic change, this is due to legal aspects but also due to high retention rate, employees start and finish their careers with the company. The foundation of organic transformation is a shift in mindset and culture. I developed 5 programs and workshops for coaching executives and top leaders. I have led a coach-approach-transformation for teams, to improve relationships and change their existing processes to KANBAN.

Tasks:

HDI is a global insurance corporation with revenue of 34 Billion. The department of 30 employees deals with 3 main systems and integrates with many peripheral systems. The people working there are loyal to the corporation and to the processes that made them successful. My initial role was also responsible on the technical-decision-making; I was able to identify and develop technical experts, and I delegate technical-decision-making to technical experts, change the existing processes to agile processes, introduce new tools, methods of work, new roles, responsibilities and new colleagues from other departments to join the team.

It took months of one-on-one coaching and team coaching. The team dynamic has been made transparent and enabled to pinpoint areas of improvements to relationships and growth opportunities for individuals. Leaders who were part of the coaching have become change agents in the organizations.
