the check of media set ups provided by the media agency for the predefined media campaigns target groups and media budgets in social media, search, display, online video, e-commerce (Amazon / Apomeds / DocMorris etc.)
the check of media plans based on the set ups provided by the media agency and accuracy of the documentation by comparing the media strategy and set up with the media plan
Independently coordinating external agencies (J3, Reprise, matterkind) to deliver the execution of approved media plans
Process optimization: Defining "go/no-go" decision for Test & Learns (budget size, scaling opportunity, ROI Testing & scaling ROI-driving new Digital Channels & Formats (Tik Tok, Audio, ATV))
