our efficiency and streamlined our operations.
Moreover, I ensure alignment with Management Goal Settings and
spearhead the creation of an agile company structure. This flexible
structure enables us to swiftly adapt and respond to our goals and

customer needs.


Result:

The outcomes of our efforts are notable. The successful implementation

of various tools has significantly improved our operational efficiency and

effectiveness. This has resulted in a more streamlined workflow, better

tracking of projects, and more efficient management of our resources.

DevOps Team & Platform Lead
In my role as a DevOps Team Lead at mDOC GmbH, I spearheaded a
talented team of up to 15 professionals, comprising Solution Architects,
DevOps, and Project Managers. Our main responsibility was the
maintenance and optimization of the Kubernetes Platform for our client.
Simultaneously, we undertook an ambitious refactoring of the entire
platform to cater to future requirements such as scalability, fault
tolerance, site reliability, version controlling, and security.
Another crucial facet of my role involved assisting the client in consulting
and onboarding their new customers in the healthcare sector. We
navigated various scenarios including Cloud-only, On-prem, and Hybrid
solutions. As the team lead, the task of coordinating and planning actions
with both my team and the client's C-level management fell to me.
In addition to these, I handled the financial reporting and consistently
monitored the team's progress across several concurrent projects.
Importantly, I took a leading role in a successful ISO 27001 audit, where
my primary focus was on the platform. Despite having a very short
timeframe, we managed to provide all necessary documents and

successfully passed the audit.


Result:

Over the span of 10 months, our diligent efforts culminated in a robust

and future-ready platform for our client. We facilitated the smooth

onboarding of new customers and ensured the successful launch of their

software. The client was able to continue their customer onboarding

without interruption, indicating the seamless transition and efficiency of

our solutions. Furthermore, our successful passing of the ISO 27001 audit

underscored our commitment to maintaining high standards of security,

thereby enhancing our credibility.

Workplace in Microsoft Azure' project, I was entrusted with a pivotal role
from its very inception. In collaboration with our technical cloud experts
and the client, I meticulously planned the requirements for the platform.
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank was eager to launch a modern credit workplace
in the form of new software, leveraging an Azure Cloud Infrastructure
based on their existing hub and spoke cloud model. My primary
responsibility was to spearhead the requirement engineering and
resource planning for the cloud infrastructure segment of the project.
This involved meticulously planning several project phases and
environments, along with a transition phase to managed services.
I served as the linchpin between several departments and stakeholders,
including PBB Project Management, PBB Project Owner and Executives,
our internal DevOps team, Cloud Architect team, Managed Service team,
Service management, and Upper management. My role demanded clear
communication, strategic planning, and effective coordination to ensure

the seamless execution of the project.


Result:

The successful completion of the 'Credit Workplace in Microsoft Azure'

project is a testament to our diligent planning and efficient execution. We

not only met but exceeded the expectations of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank,

delivering a state-of-the-art credit workplace powered by Azure Cloud

Infrastructure.

transition of services, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency for the

client. The cross-departmental collaboration facilitated by my role

dynamic. I was in charge of gathering requirements, allocating resources,
and ensuring we stayed within budget. My role also required me to
maintain robust communication with Donner & Reuschel's IT leadership,
addressing their needs and aligning our strategies for optimal results.
Donner & Reuschel was also our Managed Service client. In this capacity,
I ensured the smooth delivery of our services and oversaw the monthly
payment procedures. When Microsoft introduced changes to its payment
structure, I coordinated the transition, ensuring that the new billing
cycles and Azure consumption structure met Donner & Reuschel's
requirements.
Moreover, we undertook a redesign of the Managed Service Contract,
which involved discussions with Donner & Reuschel's legal department.
As part of my role, I facilitated regular exchanges between Donner &
Reuschel and Microsoft to identify needs and ensure feedback was heard

and acted upon.

The successful execution of numerous Azure projects under my

leadership underscores our commitment to delivering top-notch services

agricultural sector.
