GCIP / Ad-Hoc Reporting Engine the goal of the project is to develop a web application that assist Managed Service Providers (MSP) in the Call Center environment in making every day's business decisions, by providing an intuitive Front end, MSP are able to create and drive there self defined report. Development Environment For the technical realization of this project I introduced several open source tools Eclipse, Maven 2, Subversion, Hudson, Archiva and libraries (Jfreereport, Jfreechart , log4j, junit,Apache commons,jtds). And servers Tomcat for development and JBoss for production environment.

Risk Managemnet Online Manual the DOM (Deutsche Online Manual 4) https://www.dom-im-web.de/ is an application that provides information to insurances how they can treat/calculate special insurance requests. The platform provides calculators for standard cases and statistics one criteria that is involved into calculations. Development Environment Eclipse, Tomcat, Apache web server, Apache Ant,
