• The company provides products as a solution for controlling and monitoring electrical and other energy networks, such as EV-charging or PV-production stations. As a Tech Lead, I oversee 
  • system design of the product features (the project has clear architecture, which improves feature delivery by ~ 50 %), 
  • technical roadmap of the product (planning for from 2 months to a year), 
  • team coaching (5-7 members on average), 
  • code review of crucial parts, 
  • development lifecycle improvement (tools and processes).
• For the time being, the project improved the code quality, and as a result - I have reduced the code maintenance cost more than two times. Also, the cost of infrastructure was improved by 60 %.

The IoT project for the market of security systems. The project is hosted on AWS and uses Vue.js, Spring Framework (JAVA), and SAP technologies. 

• I developed parts of the application as a Full-Stack developer, 
• Integrated multiple features of SAP E-commerce to the application 

Online temporary workforce management system.

• Guided a team of externals for the most important parts of the application (~ 3-4 members), 
• I have established the Vue setup in the project and moved it from the old server-side generation approach to SPA,
