• A Data Catalog is a collection of metadata, combined with data management and search tools, that helps analysts and other data users to find the data that they need, serves as an inventory of available data, and provides information to evaluate fitness data for intended uses
  
• I was responsible for building the frontend for an MVP Data Catalog
• The goal was to create a clean interface which non technical customers would find appealing and easy to use
• The first version only included metadata management and an IAM concept
• In close contact with different stakeholders, I had to iterate over the frontend multiple time in a kanban-like manner

My main responsibilities during an iteration where to:

• collect topics from stakeholders/customers
• clear the details with the involved parties
• create the tickets, set priorities and estimates
• execute the tasks
• collect feedback on the outcome and reiterate

• Subscribe with Google (SwG) is a google integration that allows subscribers, among others, to buy subscriptions and to sync them with their google or publisher account
• I was responsible for doing the SwG integration and finding solutions to remove all blockers at all levels, making sure the integration is implemented smoothly
• I had to sync my work across multiple domain teams, communicate with multiple team-leads and try to parallelize the work as much as possible
• Splitting the work in tasks and maintaining a clean state in Jira for transparency were as important as keeping everyone updated along the way (Project managers from Ippen and from Google)

• My main focus has been further adding features to the existingmobile app:
• a showroom where consultants can add products andpresent them to the customers
• new feed that present the latest, most relevant topics on theplatform in an intuitive way
• Among others things, I developed a custom web CMS page (React + Symfony) where our administrator can prioritize products in the feed by drag-and-drop
  

• The project was a Java based e-commerce shop for buying/renting different car features (Adaptive lighting, DAB radio etc) for the E-tron electric car
• My main focus has been further adding features to the e­commerce shop and fixing existing bugs as well as writing unit and integration test to reach the 80% coverage mark

Talentry is a SaaS company offering an employee referral solution. I have assisted the development team in multiple areas like:

• creating a multi-step wizard that allowed customers to upload new users to the system, from a few given file formats (Angular 5)
• build an OIDC single-sign-on for our customer Daimler (PHP, K8s, Angular 5, AngularJS)
• migrated the entire project from Symfony 3 to Symfony 4
• migrated the dev environment from Vagrant to Docker (with docker-compose)
• improved the GITLab pipelines (ex: adding new steps and optimising existing ones)
• I helped set up a frontend testing process, writing and running e2e tests with Ghost Inspector

Qooling is a start-up offering a SaaS QHSE management web and mobile platform. I was involved in building new features (Java and AngularJS) like:

• adding a module that allowed customers to build dynamic forms
• adding the possibility for customers to build custom graphs for their dynamic forms
• extended the existing Flowchart library built in vanilla JS
• adding a notification system that allows customers to see the most important events in a single place
• writing new tests for the frontend (Protractor) and backend (JUnit) in an effort to extend coverage and improve the software quality

I also extended the mobile app (Ionic 3) with some of the web- app features.

• I have worked on a SaaS CRM for car dealerships with millions of users
• I have also worked on a blog, a presentational website and the company internal time-tracking and employee management tool

• I have worked on an Event management platform, where organizers could create a presentational page for their event, promote the event and sell ticket.
• I helped migrate the frontend to AngularJS and developed new modules for the OpenCart backend.
• I also developed an android app that would scan/check the tickets on the day of the event. The app works offline as well and synchronises with the server as soon as it is connected to the internet
