Geek Techware UG was born from the idea of combining the co-founders’ passions: software development, travelling and scuba diving. Geek Divers, a management system for dive centers and dive resorts, is the first SaaS entirely created, supported and maintained by Geek Techware, following Agile principles. My role in the company covers software design, quality and continuous delivery, clients management, Agile training and coaching, functional and technical support and administration. As a result of the QVC global IT restructure I was promoted to a supervising position of the manual Test Team. I had 3 direct reports in QVC UK, I coordinated the tasks of 6 team members in QVC China and helped coordinate an international and distributed team of CRM functional testers. My tasks included but were not limited to: requirements management, test phase planning, collaboration with the Change Management and Development teams, reporting, incident management, mentoring and coaching, training organisation and delivery for QSO team, project risk management, monitoring of team performance, technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, team development and empowerment, change certification and management, process improvement through agile principles.
Experience with analysis, configuration, validation, deployment and post-deployment of Oracle Siebel version 7.5.3 in a multinational pharmaceutical corporation in its headquarters in the northern part of Italy. During my time there I planned and delivered end-user training for the client’s export distributors together with my Project Manager and in cooperation with the client's Change Management office.
