- Orchestrating, leading and monitoring a group wide IT-program with a focus on SAP Activate systematic within both green- and brownfield approaches

- Accountable to plan and manage the rollout of the deployment activities for production companies in Europe

- Responsible for leading both internal teams and 3rd-party services (TataConsulting) with more than 150 ppl incl. approving worklogs
- Coordinating project tasks and issue resolution, managing the project plan, and moderate expectations between business and IT teams
- Controlling progress in all related streams like data accuracy and their migrations as well as leading escalating issues to problem solving e.g. changing the SAP Template or reducing scope
- Staffing new rollout-consultants or technical SAP S/4 HANA specialists
- Reporting to the programm-management bi-weekly and to the Group Steer-Co regularly every month-end on high-level
Steering, leading and monitoring of 12 IT digitisation projects
- Coordinating, prioritising, and planning of workstreams and sprints in cooperation with each scrum master of the sub-projects
- Stakeholder management and resource planning besides utilisation time
- Frequently controlling of the business case (75 Mio. ?)
- Taking the mediating role in case of conflicts between projects, their team members, other stakeholders, and members of the SteerCo
