I provided comprehensive support and strategic consulting regarding MarCom strategies within the Key Regions. This involved collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as communication and marketing departments on one side, and the sales organization on the other. My objective was to foster a more integrated approach to marketing communications, encourage collaboration and ensure seamless alignment of goals and resources across these diverse areas.

Within my area of responsibility, I started with a benchmarking analysis encompassing both external and internal organizations. In collaboration with the respective comms deparments, I identified KPIs and developed a dashboard framework for Branding, Media Relations, Events & Exhibitions, Digital, Internal and International Comms. I got the buyin from internal stakeholders critical to success of the project, and crafted internal communications plan in support of organizational change.

To optimize campaign performance and maximize female engagement, I crafted and orchestrated a multifaceted approach, focusing on strategic messaging and creatives that resonated strongly with potential participants. To ensure maximum reach and impact, the campaign strategy was deployed across a diverse range of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and print media. The diverse deployment allowed us to effectively connect with our target audience and optimize campaign results.
