Within Radical IT Transformation (RAITT) as a Technical Product Owner I am ensuring customer service is getting covered entirely with newly-implemented systems and processes. Main activities - backlog maintenance, item prioritization, epic to feature breakdown, feature ownership, stakeholder management and delivering customer-oriented software - are concentrated around the CRM switch from legacy systems to Salesforce. Requirement engineering together with Business analysts was also one of my main activities. I have been working on agnostic service processes (all kinds of change and in-life scenarios) as well as on specific development for fixed network, digital and mobile products. Whilst doing so, there have always been touchpoints to a lot of other systems such as invoice system, self-service portal or Sales console. In order to guarantee successful software delivery fulfilling stakeholders? expectations, system demos have been prepared and shown by me, too.

With the first connected airfryer, Philips entered the era of IoT. During the project which took about one year for launching the first series, I was responsible for the wholesome experience: ideation, designing, developing and executing on the mobile development side. All other projects that include app development were guided by me on both platforms (Android/iOS) as well as the firmware development coordination. Since then I was the main product owner for all connected domestic appliances which require connectivity with Philips? mobile application ?NutriU?. Teams I worked with were based in the Netherlands, Croatia, Austria, China, Singapore and occasionally from all other parts of the world where the app was about to be released.

IMPLEMENTATION OF AN OMNICHANNEL SOLUTION - 3 BANKING PRODUCTS

In order to cope with the market?s trends, BKS decided to collaborate with a Netherlands-based leader in fintech. The project was led internationally and cross-functionally where I was the product owner. The scope was to introduce a new web application with interfaces to existing systems. This was managed by 3 products visible on BKS web pages, whereas the software product itself is the enabler in the background to add new products in short time frames. Being the product owner within this agile project, I contributed by deciding, writing user stories, creating timelines and roadmaps. Main parts of the whole construction were my ideas built during the preparation phase in the internal project. This internal project was also led by me, all business analysis, governance in marketing, presentations and communication with the stakeholders were done by me. The launch successfully happened in September 2019 after two years of brainstorming, concepting and finally developing. Return of investment happened earlier than calculated.

Stuttgarter was looking for a project manager to lead the introduction of a soft phone system in order to replace all hardware telephones within the company. During the project, requirements had to be gathered from all important stakeholders. Consecutively, the vendor choice was done based on the stakeholders? demandings. Within a small team of developers everything was done to successfully replace hardware phones with the new open source solution.
