• Ensuring, that Construction Contractor and Subcontractors are complying with Safety training program and maintaining up to date the training matrix
• Monitoring and ensuring, that Project staff and equipment are certified according Client, National and International legal requirements and HSE norms and legislation
• Preparation of training materials, slide show presentation and performing of safety Introduction and job specific trainings
• Ensuring, that Contractor, Construction Contractor and Subcontractors are complying with Project policies and procedures as well as complying with Client, National and International HSE requirements
• Ensure that the ISO standards are complied with
• Reviewing approving of Lifting plans, Traffic plans, HSE Plans and procedures and Method Statements
• Guiding, supervising and assisting (if needed) of Project HSE and on site HSE professionals

• Preparing and get Client approval for HSE Plan and Hazard/Risk assessment for all Construction activities including high potential risk and non-routine activities
• Ensuring that HSE Standards & Procedure are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSE Management Plans

• Tracking and identifying applicable laws & regulations with specific emphasize on Air & Water Quality, Noise, and hazardous waste to evaluate the potential impact of these laws on the operations of facilities
• Actively lead to put in place safety incentives and other safety promotional programs aim to increase the cooperativeness and safety awareness of site workers
• Inspecting workplaces, processes, products or other systems for compliance with established safety and occupational health policies or standards and to identify potential new hazards

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance

• Provide health safety and environmental training support to field and corporate personnel to maintain industry standards
• Maintain and update corporate quality, safety, training and health programs, establishing objectives and training programs
• Monitor safety, training and health regulations and provide technical support to field and corporate personnel toens ure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with - ISO 9001
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project site and perform all internal and external audits. Responsible for coordinating and organizing passports, visa requisitions, letters of introduction to foreign consulates and applications for employees and partners
• Organize and provide scheduled training for employees to meet industry standards, customer required licenses, permits, and certifications
• Conduct Health and Safety trainings and orientation to all new employees
• Performing Job Safety Analysis, Task Risk Assessments and Safety inductions
• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Client?s policies and safety standards
• Effectively implement teaching techniques and various methods of training through the use of films and other audio- visual aids
• Providing interface with Service Contractors on OHS Issues
• Promote awareness of injury prevention and damage control to all levels of employees
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the management
• Ensure that the necessary emergency procedures are in place and updated
• Ensure that operational changes do not pose any risk to health and safety of personnel
