Managed sales, technical and strategic development of IBM Business Partner company specialising in document processing and high-end storage. Selected projects:
-        Led the implementation of mass scanning system based on Ascent Capture and MS-SQL Server processing over 30K paper-based orders per 24 hours (3 shift operation in peak times)
-        Designed and delivered disaster recovery solution for one of the banks in Poland (AS/400, IBM Magstar tape library and BRMS)

1994 - 000                IBM Poland
Provided AIX/UNIX technical support for customers and sales people. Designed AIX systems, wrote proposals, delivered installations and post-sales technical support for AIX RS/6000 lines of products. Responsible for High Availability Cluster Multiprocessing and RS/6000 Scalable Power Parallel products in Poland. Maintained technical press contacts and executed marketing campaigns and seminars in regard of AIX RS/6000 line of products. Trained and coached IBM sales people and IBM business partners in AIX RS/6000 lines of products.

Managed several key accounts in the Banking, Finance and Insurance industry sector unit. Sold and delivered several AS/400, RS/6000, PC and high-end storage systems. Managed several complex implementation projects including IBM hardware and software plus 3rd party products like ATMs, software, LAN/WAN and cabling, etc.

-        Performed several power grid RS/6000 installations
-        Installed SAP AIX cluster in HACMP parallel mode based on IBM RAID library and Informix, First SAP installation on AIX HACMP parallel mode in region
-        Installed AIX cluster in parallel mode for Sybase application in largest media corporation in Poland (AIX cluster, IBM RAID library, FDDI)
