  • Led the Early Adopter Care Program for SAP Service Cloud V2, facilitating the go-live for the initial three Early Adoption Customers by prioritizing their requirements and assisting in the development of custom extensions.
  • In my role as Partner Lead, I designed and implemented a training curriculum to enable partners to create side-by-side extensions. Leveraging my expertise in cloud-native technologies and operations, I provided guidance to teams to enhance their processes.

Tasks:

  • Assisted in developing a Customer360 Solution from concept to beta within six months. This included recruiting and managing a team of five volunteer developers (fellows), implementing lean startup and design thinking best practices, and leading bi-weekly development updates for co-innovation customers and end users.

In my role overseeing Kyma adoption, I onboarded several early adopters, notably guiding the first productive Kyma Open Source use case by Douglas and transforming it into a reference.
