Tasks:
  • Operational excellence and continuous improvement: Support clients in identifying core goals, analysing relevant data, and establishing KPIs roadmap to optimize resources and achieve sustainable gains
  • Maintenance optimization strategies: Implementation of data-driven maintenance approaches to optimize assets, enhance throughput, meet customer demands, and maintain cost control for sustained operational success
  • Initiative management and industrialization projects: Leading strategic projects that drive measurable business impact, from new product launches to critical initiatives, with precise scoping and risk management
  • Multi-sector technical support: Interventions across various industries for complex process problem-solving
2022 - 2024: Ensuring the timely allocation of technical resources

Role: TECHNICAL SENIOR MANAGER
Customer: P&G AMIENS

Tasks:
  • Ensure timely technical resource allocation, train and evaluate team members to enhance their performance using Peak Performance Tools.
  • Provide technical support to the industrializations of new products.
  • Optimize the Maintenance budget by 5% yearly using PM tools.
  • Reduce energy consumption (electricity, compressed air, steams)
  • Manage capital projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time.

Tasks:
  • Leading the multi-functional team throughout the start-up planning, qualifications and launch
  • Closing out project?s budget with at least 15% savings using shutdown to zero mentality, optimizing resources, reducing non-productive inventory while keeping a rigorous tracking of all spendings
  • Continuously improving the production process from design review until handover to operations team by analysing the operational results
  • Training, coaching the production technicians as well as technical team on new process by deploying a detailed training plan (TT&T)
