Implemented a turnkey receipts management solution within Dynamics 365 for Sales, featuring:

• Developed a dedicated PowerApps app for staff and admins to initiate receipt uploads.
• Engineered logic to display only the required fields based on the selected company and document type.
• Enabled users to either photograph receipts in-app or attach existing files.
• Automated creation of receipt records in a custom activity table upon submission.
• Configured SharePoint as the backend for all receipt documents and metadata, linked via Dataverse.
• Streamlined navigation and form flows to minimize clicks and accelerate data entry.

This project focused on implementing a public water system from the ground up. My role involved a variety of tasks, including:

• Setting up the full process flow ? from creating agreements all the way through to generating work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Managing agreements, work orders, and booking schedules, both manually and using Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO).
• Using the schedule board to efficiently book and assign resources.
• Adding and configuring customers and vendors, including setting up customized pricelists for each.
• Defining work order types and incident templates, and setting up customer assets to support service operations.
• Creating work templates and custom lab result reports to help with compliance and quality tracking.
• Building a custom master schedule feature, allowing users to create predefined schedules for each customer to streamline planning.
• Migrating key data ? such as customers, vendors, products, assets, and pricelists ? from SharePoint to Dataverse.

Served as a Functional Consultant on the Sonata Sopris Dynamics 365 rollout, with key contributions to testing, validation, and stakeholder collaboration:

• Participated in daily stand-ups to review sprint progress, clarify requirements, and prioritize user stories.
• Reviewed completed functionality against user story specifications to confirm alignment with business needs.
• Authored detailed test cases in Azure DevOps covering all key business scenarios and edge conditions.
• Executed test cases, logged bugs against respective user stories, and tracked defect resolution to closure.
• Worked in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless feature delivery.
