• Agilist with over 19 years of international experience in telecommunications, pharmaceutical, banking/financial, betting, educational, retail and transport industries. The last 12 years, I have hold the roles of Head of Agile CoE, Agile Coach, Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• As Agile Coach I have more than 9 years experience where I have being training, mentoring and coaching Business Leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Agile Teams. Focused on innovation, team dynamics, creating trusting environments and delivering ROI faster.

Key success from the last five years:

• Built from scratch the Agile Center of Excellence with four Senior Agile Coaches and four Senior Scrum Masters as Head of Agile CoE at Sunrise. We supported the launch and evolution of five tribes through out the first fifteen months providing CHF21M in revenue and cost savings.
• Supported the Chief Consumer Officer for Flanker Brands to setup the Agile Transformation in his organisation building the ground to execute in the strategy of doubling revenue from CHF100M to CHF200M by 2027 as Agile Coach for Flanker Brands Organisation at Sunrise.
• Improved Agile Ways of Working by providing training, mentoring and coaching to members in the Leap Program as Agile Coach / SAFe Consultant at Novartis. This program has improved the patients experience with Novartis? drugs and treatments.
• Supported the Proof of Scale for the Agile Transformation across a few thousands of people as Co-Tribe Coach at Danske Bank. We experimented and defined the ways of working with a small number of tribes initially to validate and prepare the scaling to the rest of the organisation.
• Guided several teams to validate several ideas as Agile Coach in the Innovation Unit at Danske Bank. We experimented with and learned from dozens of ideas and move two innovations all the way to production making them available to the customers of our bank.
