I am typically asked to step in when projects or programmes are at risk, complexity is high and delivery confidence is fragile ? and when standard delivery structures are no longer sufficient.
My focus is on turnaround, recovery and stabilisation of critical initiatives: restoring control and clarity, rebuilding stakeholder confidence, establishing decision discipline and getting delivery back on track. In scaled environments, this often means strengthening delivery leadership across teams, resolving dependencies, improving planning quality and ensuring end-to-end transparency through integrated delivery cadences and system-level progress.
I work pragmatically, calmly and with a strong execution mindset. I engage broadly with stakeholders, but operationally I prefer lean, reliable, high-impact setups with clear ownership and fast decision-making ? especially in environments where pressure is high and clarity, trust and resilience are essential.
In addition to turnaround situations, I take on clearly defined special assignments with a direct mandate from project leadership or sponsors. These are focused interventions where experience, judgement and hands-on execution are required ? from targeted delivery interventions to setting up or resetting structures that enable stable execution, before handing them over once established.
