  • Architected and operate a 3-node Proxmox VE / Ceph hyperconverged cluster; migrated BlueStore DB/WAL to NVMe for HDD OSDs to raise IOPS and stabilise latency under production load. 
  • Migrated client environments from VMware ESXi to Proxmox VE clusters, cutting licensing costs and removing vendor lock-in while preserving uptime during cutover. 
  • Designed and run a containerised self-hosted application platform (Nextcloud AIO, n8n, Kimai) on Docker behind Nginx Proxy Manager on Proxmox LXC/VMs - giving clients data-sovereign alternatives to SaaS. 
  • Automated operational and reporting workflows: built a Python consolidation service (Flask + APScheduler + PostgreSQL) to replace fragile direct API connections, feeding reliable multi-table DAX models and dashboards. 
  • Engineered custom WordPress / WooCommerce extensions in PHP with REST API product-sync and automated order/inventory integrations; developed internal tools and front-ends in React / Next.js and TypeScript backed by Supabase. 
  • Built a Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) dashboard consolidating a client's Google Analytics data into a single shareable, auto-refreshing report for ongoing decision-making. 
  • Built MSP-grade, application-consistent backup infrastructure on Bareos 25 (Debian VPS) with VSS-consistent SQL Server backups for Windows Server 2022 clients, routed securely over pfSense NAT across sites. 
  • Delivered Microsoft 365 and Entra ID rollouts - identity synchronisation, MFA enforcement, and Conditional Access - hardening client access security. 
  • Manage MikroTik and pfSense networks end to end: Site-to-Site VPN, NAT, and SSL certificate lifecycle across client environments.
