Profile
The candidate is a ServiceNow solution architect and platform developer with a longstanding and deep experience in requirement analysis, solution design, effort estimation, implementation, and maintenance of ITSM, ITOM, CSM and custom processes on the ServiceNow platform. He was a part of global rollouts, product developments, and maintenance for clients in various industries since 2011. He has a deep knowledge of the platform capabilities, APIs and techniques to make a best design decision and do correct configuration. He is a certified ServiceNow implementation specialist, Scrum Master and is experienced in the coordination and management of requirements. He was successfully leading implementation and support teams.

Profile
The candidate is a ServiceNow solution architect and platform developer with a longstanding and deep experience in requirement analysis, solution design, effort estimation, implementation, and maintenance of ITSM, ITOM, CSM and custom processes on the ServiceNow platform. He has performed all aspects of platform architecture, low-code, no-code configuration. 

He was a part of global rollouts, product developments, and maintenance for clients in various industries since 2011. He has a deep knowledge of the platform capabilities, APIs and techniques to make a best design decision and do correct configuration. He is a certified ServiceNow implementation specialist, Scrum Master and is experienced in the coordination and management of requirements. He was successfully leading implementation and support teams.

  • Lead architect during the implementation and rollout of IT management processes on ServiceNow platform for various clients in compliance with solution best practices incl. requirement gathering, fuctional analysis, solution design, license impact analysis, lead implementation and maintenance teams
