• I am developing my own library of cloud infrastructure as code templates inspired by Azure Verified Modules and industry best practices. 
• The templates are scenario/use-case driven, tested and ready for deployment, following well architected framework recommendations and best practices.
• Using your user profile and with the help of an AI agent, the users can request automated template customizations and adoption to their personal standards.

• Designed the Azure Cloud Architecture for the software solution of Susteco. A solution for deployment of 10 Micro-services running on Azure Kubernetes Cluster
• Designed the Hub-Spoke network topology of the cloud infrastructure
• Implemented the infrastructure using bicep and Azure Verified Modules
• Implemented CI/CD for the infrastructure
• Implemented the CI/CD for the Micro-services using Helm,

I developed a free web tool for easy CIDR IP range calculator

The tool enables the users to:

• Input a network address space, then
• Split the network on several subnets with different sizes
• Export the data in a CSV format

The tool is intended to make easy the planning of new Virtual Network subnetting according to the needs of the user.

• After 18 years of active work, I decided to spend some time with a different focus and take some months off. 
• During the break I have been focusing on spending time with the family, reading and doing coding for fun, all of which have been very rewarding.

• As Director of Engineering, I was responsible for the success of my teams in delivering best quality business solutions for our company
• I led 5 different teams, 4 of them being cross functional product teams and one cloud infrastructure team, in total 30 team members.
• My teams were distributed over different countries, with different cultural as well as contractual characteristics.

• Responsible for backend and infrastructure for teams working on several products, most notably a customer facing portal, an API for customers, and an IoT monitoring platform
• Managed two teams responsible for 4 different products
• International team distributed in 3 locations in Germany, Switzerland and Romania
• Responsible for IT Cloud Infrastructure as well as Solution Architecture for several internal and customer facing applications
• Responsible for recruiting developers for my department

Significant achievements during my tenure at Schindler:

• As part of the team who built the Scooter sharing platform Coup, I was responsible for developing two micro services using Ruby and Rails covering card payments, invoicing and billing.

• Responsible for the architecture of the newly build property tax system for the Government of Kosovo. 
• The project was co-implemented with local developers and developers of Swedish Tax Agency. 

• In this role, I trained more than 100 people for professional web development as well as preparations for Microsoft certifications as a Microsoft Certified Trainer 

• I developed various applications for several clients, notable projects including a desktop application for financial accounting, a student management web application for American University in Kosovo, an exam management application for ECDL Kosovo, 6 mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms.
• While freelancing, I had the opportunity to also develop my skills for customer relations, running a business, and sales. 

• Taught semestral bachelor degree courses on Web Development and IT Security
• Prepared curricula for several teaching courses
• Evaluated the exams for over 1000 students on taught subjects
• Mentored over 20 students on their dissertations

• I was responsible for the architecture and development of the loan application for Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo. 
• The application was covering the whole lending process from receiving customer requests to applying scorecards, automatic pre-screening, and disbursing money to the bank account of the customer. 
• As it connected several processes and departments, I was trained on Six Sigma Green Belt to help improving the processes of issuing loans and cut the waste. 
• This project led to a lot of cost savings, mainly by increasing operations? capacity without increasing the headcount.
