Remote HIL at production cadence ? Danfoss
Operated the Neumünster (DE) HIL rigs (NI PXI · VeriStand) from Italy via remote desktop, daily, for 3 years ? ~3 releases/year validated, ~300 automated test cases, 2 on-site visits in total. Designed the rig setup itself (pinout, CAN/J1939 simulation) and delivered system-level validation for off-highway vehicle programs.
ISO 26262 V&V from zero ? twice (Mecaprom · Danfoss)
Built complete requirements-based V&V programs from scratch at two companies, on two toolchains: test strategy, MIL/SIL/HIL environments, end-to-end traceability (Reqtify: requirements ? test specs ? results). At Mecaprom, on the lead EV program: HIL bench and V&V built from zero, a team of 3 hired and led, and the vehicle carried from concept to first vehicle testing and calibration.

DO-178B to EASA certification ? Leonardo
Verified autopilot control laws (PFCS/AFCS) to MC/DC structural coverage at a 1?2 releases/year cadence; contributed to EASA certification, participating in 3?4 certification audits. Built a flight-data replay / back-to-back toolbox (~5 users across development and test) that reproduced in-flight defects in simulation ? cutting real flight-test hours.
