Tasks:

Managed security patching globally with help of WSUS and Cluster Aware Updating (PowerShell). My role was to investigate, approve and document security patches and also to rollout these in an automated way by a created PowerShell script to 140+ servers (including maint mode and restart).
Implemented policies for mobile devices, to secure a smooth way of working and also to secure all communication from a backend perspective. Joined tasked forces for in-deep investigation
Assessments in various situations. Creation of Powershell scripts to gather big data information from log files. (*.log, *.txt, *.csv, etc,). For these assessments, a pre-study was also necessary to determine the right infrastructure to execute the scripts and to define the scripts in the most efficient way
Detailed investigation about Spam and Junk behavior. Delivered detailed investigation reports on Spam and Junk issues by analyzing SCL levels, SMTP gateway configurations and DNS settings, but also message meta-data
Created Data Loss Protections for sensible data by using Transport Rules in combination with XML files. In that way, sensible data is prohibited to leave the company's network structure and on top a moderation feature was implemented
Onboarding of new domains/customers. In these projects, new acquired customers needed to be integrated into existing environments. That was accomplished by migrating mailboxes and respective data by manual data transferring, but also with third party tools. It also included to analyse the to-be migrated environment, update policies, avoiding downtime and to include users in all existing infrastructures
Lead for all Exchange related projects. Participated on architectural level on all 0365 related projects (MFA, PIM, Teams, SharePoint, Azure), to define a road map and to secure a failure-less progress of these projects
