- Participate in and lead technical meetings and reviews and prepare related minutes and action tracking
- Cost, schedule and maturity tracking and safeguarding of the respective development statuses

- Scheduling and deadline monitoring of display components
- Coordination with suppliers for on-time delivery, direct contact with suppliers and customer
- Technical documentation reviews
- Controlling and monitoring the project activities to achieve the quality, cost and deadline targets in the project
- Conduct regular project team and status meetings for cluster displays, centre and passenger displays
- Ensuring transparent project documentation
