Brief project description: Client requested consulting on Backend and Frontend, 80% and 20% respectively. The first part of the work was extending software that supports Telecom provider agents in their daily routines, such as contract extensions, upselling or closing new contracts. Second part of the work was related to Telecom Shops, the end-user facing software developed by the Telecom Provider themselves.
Work I did: Development of backoffice solution as a responsive web-application for POS and transaction management. Development of REST-APIs and their integration to user faceing applications. Development of end-user app using ReactNative to perform payments on POS-devices. UX design and development of embedded POS done in ReactJS. Implementation of backend in Spring Boot inclusive JWT token security. Writing automated software tests, such as JUnit and integration tests. Design and development of POS-device running NodeJS server on Raspberry Pi which gernerates QR-codes containing encrpyted data to perform payments.
Brief project description: Our client used advantages of the Chatbot technology to improve quality of their recruiting business process via social networks like Facebook and Instagram. The technology was already used by client but operated manually. With this project we created a multitenant platform for their customers that allows them to insert and manage their job information, as well as to overview and interact with their job applicants.
Work I did: Extending and fixing customer`s frontend solution developed in ReactJS. Development of UI components for administration and messaging features of this solution. Integration of Xenioo chatbot platform interfaces into customer backend solution. Extend existing buisnesslogic of backend with security and automated tests. Design and development of chatbot flows for customer use cases.
