  • Creating molds for casting foams (mainly aluminum) used in headrests, armrests and other seat components in the prototype and serial production phases.
  • Scanning foams, plastics, and molds for foams (Arec 3D scanner), reconstructing 3D geometry from point clouds and creating reports (in GeoMagic) and based on them, recommending improvements and design changes.
  • Designing tools supporting the quality department in verifying part compliance with customer expectations and technical drawings.
  • Collaborating with the prototype cover development department to improve parts and modify tools.
